Liverpool's head coach declared he needed to “look at myself” after Liverpool endured a 6th defeat in 7 Premier League matches at home to Nottingham Forest and affirmed he would find a way from the champions’ slump.

Forest, fighting against the drop prior to the match, delivered the largest victory at Liverpool's stadium in their history as Liverpool slipped to an eighth defeat in 11 fixtures in every tournament.
